Solutions Architect

You should be having good exposure to SharePoint 2007 & 2010 and have a number of Pre-sales, implementations, migrations and upgrades under your belt. You also need to be familiar with the complete Microsoft product suite. You should be able to demonstrate where you have applied your knowledge in previous engagements to navigate the project to a successful conclusion.

Solutions Consultant

You should be from consultative background and with an in-depth knowledge of SharePoint 2007 & 2010. You should be able to demonstrate where you have driven a successful project through innovation and best practice. Further you should be comfortable on working at client sites, Pre-sales follow-up , happy to talk to all level of the business and relay and manage business requirements to back end team.

Developer

You should be having a very good grounding on the .Net stack / SharePoint 2007 & 2010 and be eager to learn new technologies / methods and be part of a dynamic fast passed SharePoint consultancy. You should be able to showcase your practical work experience with the ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, .NET based languages (C#, VB.Net). In-depth Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2003, MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010 using SharePoint Designer / InfoPath and other Office Applications, Good working knowledge of SQL applications and SQL Reporting Services is necessary.
